The book gives you the system. The coaching translates it onto you: your everyday life, your blood work, your calendar. Few spots, real support, no buy button.
We start with an honest analysis: how you eat, what your everyday life looks like, how much you actually train. From that comes your personal nutrition plan built on the book method, adjusted weekly around match days, tournaments and travel weeks. Data-driven: bring your blood work from your doctor, and we translate it into your plan instead of guessing in the dark.
On request we add a hair mineral analysis as an extra data point. Framed honestly: a supplementary screening, not medical diagnostics. It doesn't replace blood work and cures nothing. It can point to patterns, we claim no more than that.
Padel loads the same spots every time: shoulder, elbow, knee, Achilles. Padel-Fit works exactly there: muscle, athleticism and mobility for more court performance and fewer breakdowns. Transparent: the training is delivered by a partner coach, a certified padel and athletic trainer. Nutrition stays with Tobi. Two specialties, one coordinated plan.
Certified padel coach as well as certified fitness and athletic trainer. He handles the athletic and court part of your coaching.
You write to us, we talk for 20 minutes. Free and no commitment. If coaching isn't the right thing for you right now, we tell you in the call, not on the invoice.
We analyze eating habits, everyday life, training load and your blood work. From that comes your plan. One that's yours, not off the shelf.
Weekly check-ins, adjusted for match days and tournaments. The plan lives with your calendar, not against it.
It depends on the scope: one program or both, three months or longer, online or on site. That's why there's no price here. We sort it out in the free intro call, transparently and without pressure.
The nutrition coaching runs entirely online, by video call and weekly check-ins. The padel-fit training takes place on site at the court and in the gym depending on your region, otherwise online with an adapted program.
Habits take time, so does a body. Three months and up makes sense. We set the exact frame together in the intro call, to fit your goal and your season.
It's a supplementary screening and explicitly not medical diagnostics. It doesn't replace blood work, diagnoses no illness and cures nothing. It can point to patterns we then follow up in the plan. It's optional, your coaching works completely without it.
Yes, and that's exactly what they're built for: nutrition from Tobi, training from the partner coach, coordinated in one plan. Whether both at once makes sense or one after the other, we discuss in the intro call.
Write us two or three sentences about you: how often you play, what you want to achieve. We'll get back to you for 20 minutes. Free, no commitment, honest.
