Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract, or in the case of deliveries of goods from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (for example by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. For the reimbursement, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
In the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (for example e-book, PDF, guide, recipe collection), your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if both of the following conditions are met:
- You have expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
- you have confirmed your knowledge that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of the performance of the contract.
In the ordering process for digital products, we obtain this express consent and acknowledgement before the download is provided.
